About us:
We are a Chinese restaurant in Moose Jaw, SK. We serve buffets from Tuesday to Sunday. Additionally, we provide Chinese and Cantonese dishes for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. We also have catering available, and dinner suggestions for over 300 people.
Job duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Organize and manage buffets and banquets
• Manage kitchen operations
Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of apprenticeship, college, or other program in cooking or food safety OR 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
